In order to keep our pool and tennis courts open, we depend on pool memberships. Since pool memberships are not required for all residents, we really count on reaching 200 memberships each year.
The pool and tennis courts are very important for our neighborhood. They help us keep our property values high. If we had to close the pool and tennis courts, it would impact all of us.
