This is offered as a courtesy.
Opening the meeting room at 6PM, meeting start time is 6:30PM.

Purpose of meeting is to offer substantiation for requested millage increase.
The physical location of the meeting is in the Symmes branch library on Pelham Road.

We are trying this for the first time in a long time.
It will not, most likely, be interactive – you can try using chat, but don’t count on us to be able to man it.
We will not be using the document share component because the presentation will be on a different computer.
We will set the camera up as best we can so you can see the screen.

Be patient – we do not have anyone specifically in charge of running the zoom meeting. We will set it up and, after initial set up just let it run.  We may not be able to make it work as well as it could.
